Körde med Marcus på Nordic idag enligt deras interna programering. Riktigt kul och grymt inspirerande att träna med minst 10 regionalsatletet 🙂

A. Alternating Every 45 seconds X 8 sets total
A1. 3/3 Front rack step-ups, 60 kg
A2. 1 Strict, 2 CTB, 3 Regular Pull-ups

B. Alternating Every 45 sec X 8 sets total
B1. All TnG – 3 Power Cleans, 1 Squat Clean @ 75-80% 1RM PC, 80 kg
B2. 8-12m Handstand walk

C @90-95% effort, 6 x Alternating rounds, 2 of each.
Rest 8 min between rounds:
C1. 10 Toes to bar, 12 High KB Swing 32 kg 15 Burpee Box Jumps 60 cm
C2. 10 HSPU, 5 CTB Pull-ups + 5 Regular Pull-ups, 15 Cal Row
C3. 3 Muscle-ups, 14 TnG Deadlift 90kg, 15 Cal AirDyne

3 split jerks at 70 kg at every rest

Lap times:
C1: 1.55-1.59
C2: 2.03-2.05
C3: 2.35-2.14
